Hi, I’m Lizzy,
I’m not a doctor or practitioner. I’m a real woman who has walked through childhood trauma, emotional overwhelm, and physical imbalance and come out the other side by focusing on my mineral balance and the calming effect certain minerals have on the nervous system as a foundation for my recovery.
Me and my super-husband, a well know Chiropractor for decades in Austin, share a lifestyle rooted in deep nourishment for the body, mind, and nervous system. It’s more of a lifestyle practice of common-sense wellness practices that help your body feel safe, your mind feel calmer, and your life feel more like yours.
Maybe even for the first time. Many people are born without genes fully expressed because they have never had the minerals needed to spark the cells alive. There could be hidden talents waiting to surface.
I’ve spent decades learning how to unwind survival patterns and rebuilding my health, gently and gradually from the inside out. What I share is what has worked for me. I’m happy to and feel a great responsibility to share it with others, by sharing how I use it in my life, and the data behind it all.
